Fiedler has 'new soreness' in knee

A loss to the New England Patriots again left Jay Fiedler limping. This time, however, he will likely run onto the field to make his next start.

Fiedler received treatment Monday after experiencing what trainer Kevin O'Neill termed "some new soreness" in his left knee. O'Neill said he did not consider the injury as significant as the one Fiedler suffered Oct. 19, which kept the quarterback out four full games and three quarters of a fifth.

Dave Wannstedt called Fiedler "day-to-day," saying more would be known when the quarterback tried to work Wednesday. Fiedler has said he expects to play.
