Madden and NFL Sunday Ticket

Is it just me, or does it seem that Madden makes many of the same points analysts make on Sunday? Sunday I was flipping around, (I don't remember which game), and one of the color guys was going on and on about how the back of the endzone was the place to throw the ball when you were in the red zone. Then last nite, Madden says the exact same thing.

I know he's done it before, but that is the only example I can think of off the top of my head.

It's time to put old John off to pasture. When Favre retires, hire him and put a lineman like Siragusa in the booth with them.

Someone posted a parody of Madden here earlier (at least I think it was here) and it was hysterical! It summed up Madden perfectly. I'll see if I can find it and if I do, I'll post a link to it.
