ESPN.com reports an MRI on Tennessee Titans QB Steve McNair (ankle, calf) showed he has a cracked bone spur on his left ankle, which is causing most of his pain. The test also showed a sprain.

Miami Dolphins QB Jay Fiedler (knee) suffered a sprained left knee, which is the same knee that forced him to miss five starts earlier this year. The team will evaluate him on a day-to-day basis and they are optimistic he'll be able to start in Week 15.
