Raiders' Janikowski arrested
Oakland, CA (Sports Network) -

Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski was arrested early Wednesday morning by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of drunken driving.

According to the Oakland Tribune, the 24-year old Janikowski was arrested about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday after he failed a field sobriety test given by the CHP officers. He was stopped for allegedly speeding in his red 2001 Mercedes on Interstate 580.

It was not disclosed how much over the 65-mph limit Janikowski was driving.

The Alameda County District Attorney's Office is expected to decide soon whether or not to file formal charges against him.

Big Deal...when he wasn't deported when caught with GhB then all bets were off...he'll play sunday and this will be swept under the rug.
