Kearse Wants to be a BILL?????

Tennessee Titans three-time Pro Bowl defensive end Jevon Kearse, nicknamed the “Freak” for his unnatural athletic skills, is a free agent in 2004 and said he’d love to play again for Williams, his defensive coordinator his first two NFL seasons.

Hell YEAH! Anyone changing their minds about Greggy yet? If we finish 9 and 7 and could have Jevon next year??????

    No

It would cost us more victories keeping Williams and obtaining "the freak" than just replacing williams

It will cost us more victories next year if we get a whole new system and staff in here.

if it were to truly happen keep GW bring in the Freak and promote Steckle to OC and we will have more wins. Yes GW let Gilbride call the shot and when things were not going well he did not put his foot down but KG was still calling the plays but thats my feelings on this.

I agree with this statement totally. I also agree that keeping GW would cost us just as many W's though...

            Catch-22 I guess

            Dammit!

I agree with personally I think he is an idiot, but there are some things the bills can do if they promote steckle we will have a run first O so that might pick up a little bit of the slack for GW's incompitence.

well ok there only one thing I can think of but it would give us the pass rush we want and I think we can all agree that we are glad that atleast KG is gone probably the biggest colprate.

                  This is crazyworld logic.

You would rather keep a proven loser than fix the problems. You must be happy with punting on 4th and 2 from the opponent's 32. You must like the 4 yard pass patterns on 3rd and 8. The same system that passed the ball 82 of 86 times on third down between the twenties should not be replaced?. The same system with all the idiotic trick plays- like the re-occuring QB sneaks on 3rd and long. I guess sending Sam Gash in motion to the WR spot just needs "tweeking"

First, show me a team with a bad coach and system that miraculously "fixed" itself over time.

You would rather carry the cancer than operate.

                      Chew on this-

3 teams made the playoffs last year with a new head coach at the helm-

                      Indy, Tampa, Oakland

2 made it to the Super Bowl

                      One won it

Keep Greg Williams...Fire Bledsoe and Gilbride! let the new OC run the Offense, and let Williams and the staff work the D! The freak is too good to pass on!

So,Williams screwed up twice hiring OC's- why give him a third time?

And th OC still won't be making all the horrid field decisions- like terrible challenges (or non challenges) going for 2 at the wrong time, fake punting at the wrong times, or punting on the 32.

Don't let Williams hire the OC..make the new OC a donahoe appointed position. I would really love to see us dump drew so we could have more flexiblity with the type of offense we run..i like what denver does with plummer rolling him out and putting him into space.

I want to give williams a chance with a real qb...not rob or healthy rob
