I liked the line about repeated offenses...If he is a repeat offender or already in the leagues substance abuse program, he could be suspended, and yes it would be immediate...

You can drink all you want - as long as you don't drive. Another criminal who won't be on my fantasy team ever. I too saw the beer ad. I am glad that the NFL thinks that this problem is serious enough for them to have a treatment program. I hope he does get suspended. Maybe he is young enough to learn from his mistakes.

This isn't the first time he's been arrested. I think it was last season he got busted for acting very goofy at a bar. I think he fell over and passed out or something.

The season before that he was busted under suspicion of possessing the date-rape drung, GHB.
