he's supposedly 100%? so y not see what he has... he should never have been activated if he wasn't 100 % imo

They probably had to do it to activate a clause in his contract, i.e. he may have had an option to become a free agent unless they at least put him on the active roster.

they just did it so he could practice with the team for a few months instead of sitting in miami running on a treadmill.

I know before the national championship game last year he took out an insurance policy. I believe that if he didnt play within a year of the game he would get like 2 million dollars. I dont know if that has anything to do with it, but why play in two meaning less games if you can pocket a cool 2 mill?

He was activated to the squad so he could practice with the team their never was a time when we were told he would be active in a game. The Bills are taking their time with him till he is totally ready no ifs, ands or buts!

Did you see his knee explode in the national championship game less than a year ago? I think that may be the reason. He isn't going to play this year.

Let's not get our shorts in a knot here folks. McGahee wasn't expected to play this year anyway. He was "deactivated" in that, for yesterday's game, he didn't suit up. He's still on the 53-man regular roster. Otherwise, they'd have to put him on IR. At least, being on the roster, he gets to practice with the team, get some reps, and test the knee. It also helps the team doctors monitor his progress.
Someone said "What's he gonna turn out like?" Ha!
And someone else said "Never mind!"

The games mean nothing, there is no point in rushing him back and jeopardizing his future.

would rather get him 100% and have a healthy Henry as our primary back and a healthy McGahee as a great 3rd down back.

Rookies rarely make a significant contribution anyways.
