If you were a head coach what kind of offseason would you instill for your current Buffalo Bills. I would have a grueling work out program set up before training camp. I would make sure they would be in ideal shape about 2 weeks before training camp where I would lighten up the work outs and give them a break. Then once training camp started since they would already be in good shape we could just work on improving rather than drilling them into shape and wearing them out for the year. This way they will be in shape and not worn out for the season.

With the youngest roster in the NFL, I would concentrate more on technique and giving the starters more time/snaps together. Especially in the Pre-season games.

No 1 quarter warm up then hit the showers

I would handcuff Eric Moulds and Drew Bledsoe together.

"Drew, this is Eric. Eric, Drew. Over the next few weeks you guys are going to get to know each other very well. I know that because I'm handcuffing the two of you together."

Handcuffs?

I can see it now, "Drew goes DEEEEP and hits Moulds for an electrifying 50 inch gain."

If I was runing this training camp, I'd be extremely attentive to preventing offesive line injuries. Stuff happens, but we simply cannot afford to get a starter on the O line hurt.

I thought we were talking about theoffseason. Not the preseason. Obvioulsy I wouldn't handcuff them duruing workouts or practise. Sheesh.

Make it hard as hell on these guy but give them a week break before training camp of no pratice or meetings. Also plenty of water breaks!

I would emphasize the fundamentals. They are the first and most important thing you teach kids, they should last players a lifetime, but at the pro level it is easy to overlook the most basic skills. For example the "Music City Brain Fart", kick coverage, staying in your lane is a basic fundamental of the game.
