If you were a head coach what kind of offseason would you instill for your current Buffalo Bills. I would have a grueling work out program set up before training camp. I would make sure they would be in ideal shape about 2 weeks before training camp where I would lighten up the work outs and give them a break. Then once training camp started since they would already be in good shape we could just work on improving rather than drilling them into shape and wearing them out for the year. This way they will be in shape and not worn out for the season.
If you were a HC....

I would emphasize the fundamentals. They are the first and most important thing you teach kids, they should last players a lifetime, but at the pro level it is easy to overlook the most basic skills. For example the "Music City Brain Fart", kick coverage, staying in your lane is a basic fundamental of the game."Shhh. Listen. Do you see it?" - Ray (Dan Aykroyd), Ghostbusters
