    Dan Reeves for coach!!!

He's available and is the sixth winningest coach in history.

I am sure he doesn't want his legacy ended with a 3-10 season as his final hurrah.

If there is one guy who can get us to the show, it's Reeves and I'm sure he would like to retire with a SB ring on his hand.

    Thoughts???

I'd consider him- i want to see some other candidates first.

Schottenheimer has nearly an Identical record minus the playoff sucesses. Reeves was the main culprit in Knocking Schotty out.

Here's what concerns me. I think he's okay but way overrated. Yes, he's the 6th winningest coach in NFL history. He's also the 4th losingest coach in NFL history. He's been a head coach for 23 seasons. 12 of those seasons have been losing seasons. I'm not saying he's a bad coach but there seems to be a lot of hype on him ever since moving into 6th on the win list.

Schotty will have only 2 losing years after this season- his last in KC and obviously this year. Even with some tough teams to work with, he's at least dragged them to .500

I don't think Schotty would work out in Buffalo. He's a bigtime control freak and so is TD. There'd defininitely be a pissing contest at some point.

No to Reeves and Schottenheimer. Both aging coaches that haven't done much lately. Bring in some new blood.

I would take either in a heartbeat.....

                  ...remember, we have Gregg!

Let's not forget Marv Levy had a very bland and forgettable coaching career prior to Buffalo- and he was pushing 60 when we got him in here

New blood? As in "player's coach?" Screw that! Vermiel seems to be doing pretty well in his most recent endeavors. How old is he? Like a thousand?
Someone said "What's he gonna turn out like?" Ha!
And someone else said "Never mind!"

I think he'd be a good pickup......IMO the Falcons were very dumb to drop him. It is very obvious they are a one man team, and firing a coach because he didn't have his team (so to speak) is just stupid.
