The next head coach for the Buffalo bills is....

    Jerry Grey!

Ralph hates paying contracts to coaches who are no longer around, the defense has been the strength of the team and I think Grey could be the type of young coach who really could blossom here. Otherwise i find it hard to believe we can bring a big name coach in, a guy who will want his people. I dont think the forcing the assistant coaches idea will work with a Fassel, Holmgren,Saban, fill in your name here____ sort of guy.

This team isnt that far away. I bet you see Rueben Brown follow KG ,Ruehl and GW out the door and Les Steckel taking over as Offensive coordinator as well as Lebeau as Deensive coordinator.

Also, here is a thought, how about Bill Callahan coming to coach the line next year and be kind of the assistant head coach.

Sleeper if TD cleans house: Paul Holmgren.

If anybody on this staff it will be Lebeau.

He has way better chances of being a head coach here over Gray

Let's at least try an offensive guy as HC for a change. Our last 2 defensive specialists - Wade and Gregg - didn't work out so well, although each was certainly offensive in his own way.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Someone called for the Colts OC. Drew has been wanting to run the no-huddle all year. He's had good success with it. I think he'd be a good fit. Give the D time to set up to rush Drew, Drew will be a sitting duck.

Since there is a huge coaching musical chair that will be going on in the offseason, what proven/highpriced coach would want to coach in Buffalo? Especially since RW has been known not to pay $$ for a coach. Miaim will be looking for one.

I will say someone like Kirk Ferentz or Nick Saban.

I'd love to see Coughlin here too. He's an upstate NY boy but I have a feeling he lands in Jersey. Keep your fingers crossed.
