That part of DB's problem is the fact that KG is not only the coordinator but also the QB coach??

IMO, it doesn't matter who his coach is. Drew will be Drew. He's just set in his ways.

I can't recall the bills ever really developing a QB. Fergie, Kelly, Bledsoe all came in with good natural talent.

Not that a good QB coach cannot have an effect.

You would think that with all the time he's been in the league he wouldn't need one but when adapting to new offenses, it's always good to have a QB coach...one separate from the offensive coordinator. We had that same problem during Wade's tenure and if anyone needed a QB coach, it was RJ.

I've mentioned it several times, and was told that I was reaching. Bledsoe is not a Manning or a Kelly style QB. He needs coaching....GOOD coaching.
