In the latest issue of Bills Digest in the coaches section Gregg Williams says "we're going to build for next year". I hope to god that this guy is not in the future plans of building the team back up again.:dizzy:

The 3 year rebuilding deadline is up for GW. If we're going "rebuild" again, someone else should do it.

He's talking about his new house, somewhere else.

The only thing he built is a resume to return to DC.

He meant, "They're going to build for next year. I'm going to build my resume and some more notebooks."

He'll be back and so will Gilbride. You all wait and see. Rude said it first.

I wouldn't be too terribly surprised if he were back, but Gilbride? Hell no.

Rebuild? The Bills only need a few pieces - couple offensive line men - defensive end - wide receiver and most importantly - NEW COACHES.

If they win out Williams may return, if not, you're outta here. My very strong feeling is they will fire both Kill-a-drive and Williams and retain most of the rest of the staff. They will promote LeBeau and Steckel and they'll be done. It does not make sense to start over when they are close to being a very good team. New systems and a whole new staff would make it difficult to succeed right away next year. Bledsoe is slow enough in this system, imagine if he had to learn another. In fact Bledsoe is THE biggest wildcard in my estimation, he has not performed, what do you do with him? If you keep him we HAVE to get him in the shotgun more often.

i think there is a very good possibility that williams is back..

i think if they both come back.. i may just become a seattle fan or something.. because i cant bear to think of the headaches i will have to live with for a full season

Whether he comes back or not (and I claim know inside knowledge or divine insight) GW has to think, plan, and act as if he will be the coach next year.

I also don't know what goes on in Kevin Gilbride's head. He's been doing some things differently over the last three or four games. Whether that's just desperation and he would go back to his bias toward passing in general and the deep pass in particular if his job were safe, I don't know. He deserves to be canned, but if TD doesn't see it that way, we'll just have to see what happens next year I guess.

If Bledsoe-Williams-Gilbride all come back I will not watch a single game next year. They all suck. But I wouldn't be surprised to see all of them retained.
