Les Steckel for OC

Short term, I don't mind that. I'd have to see a Les Steckel offence in action for a while before I buy into the idea long term. I think he has a reputation for being . . . well . . . unimaginitive. I know, a little dull running seems like a good idea right now, but if defences adjust and we can't counter, we would probably get tired of it real quickly.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

I had the opportunity to see Les as OC here in Tampa. He did set franchise records for offensive production for the Bucs (not that that was difficult, but he did improve the offense with less talent then what we have now) I say give Les a shot, I am not sure of his current status but he is/was a LtCol in the USMC reserves so I am sure discipline is in his nature

We're hopefully coming up on our 3rd OC and will be using our 2nd defense in 4 years next year. this is assuming the D is left alone strategy-wise this offseason (this year's D is much different than last years).
