That is horrible and sad, Eb. :( Sometimes you really have to wonder what this world is coming to. What kind of sick deranged people are out there who would take the innocence of a child. Kids can't have the kind of fun we had growing up. They need to be under constant supervision or on a leash, as the author stated in his article. There really are no good answers either. It seems no matter what parents do or what precautions they take with the children entrusted to them, the sickos always find a way around it. It's heartbreaking. :(
