Wide receiver Jerry Porter's season is ending the same way it began -- with an injury.
Coach Bill Callahan said Monday that Porter is doubtful for the Raiders' season finale Sunday at San Diego because of a strained right calf. Porter was hurt during practice Saturday and aggravated the injury during Monday's pregame warm-up. He watched the Raiders' 41-7 loss to the Green Bay Packers from the sideline.
Like the Raiders (4-11), Porter has had a trying season after catching 51 passes with nine touchdowns last season.
Porter suffered a hernia in the season-opening loss at Tennessee, underwent surgery and missed five games. He has 28 catches for 361 yards and a touchdown in 10 games this season.
