    Brackens doubtful for season finale

A knee injury is expected to keep Jaguars defensive end Tony Brackens from reaching $4.3 million in contract incentives Sunday.
Coach Jack Del Rio said on his weekly radio show Tuesday that an MRI exam showed torn cartilage in Brackens' right knee. Brackens will be listed as doubtful for this weekend's season finale in Atlanta and probably won't play, Del Rio added.

Brackens, who has started all 15 games, injured his right knee in the second half of last Sunday's 20-19 victory over New Orleans. Brackens missed all but five games last year because of complicated surgery on his left knee.

Brackens has a team-high six sacks this year and would need four sacks Sunday to reach $4.3 million in contract incentives. Brackens already has reached an unspecified portion of those incentives -- believed to be more than $2 million -- that will count in full on the Jaguars' 2004 salary cap.
