The Titans placed cornerback Andre Woolfolk on injured reserve yesterday and promoted rookie running back Ray Jackson from the practice squad.
Jackson, who was first signed by the Bengals as an undrafted free agent, was signed to Tennessee's practice squad Nov. 18. The 6-foot-1, 227-pounder rushed for 1,400 yards and two touchdowns in his final two seasons for the University of Cincinnati after playing two seasons at the University of Michigan.
The Titans may need depth at running back/fullback Sunday against the Buccaneers because of Robert Holcombe's hamstring injury
