Bills Asst GM to Dolphins?!

I just read in today's Buffalo News that according to the the Florida Sun-Sentinel, the Dolphins are looking at Bills Tom Modrak to oversee football operations in Miami. Well, this story can be spun one of two ways...depending on how much you like Donahoe.
