Just checked out Jeff Sagarin's rankings in USAToday.
The Bills had the second toughest schedule in 2003.
Houston
Buffalo
Jax
NY Jets
NY Giants
Miami was 7th
NE was 9th.

that's a bit misleading for the Pats. The Giants and Redskins (and Bills come to think of it) were GOOD when we played them.
