No one will turn that franchise around unless the league steps in and forces Bidwell to make some changes to how he runs things. That's what they did to Mike Brown in Cincinatti.

I agree 100% Any coach that goes to AZ is not going to turn it around. Not unless Bidwell lets them get some players which he has never done in the past
