Morant -WR -Syracuse

What round do you all think this guy will go in?? Would you wanna see him in a Bills uniform?? Ive seen Morant play a couple times(on tv) he has great height, decent speed and a good pair of hands..

IMO Morant will be a 2nd-4th round pick..

I'd agree with that.

he's a good-sized kid but wasn't he a problem child too?

Yeah, he was one of the most highly rated WRs coming out of high school in NJ, but never lived up to his billing at Syracuse. Don't know if it was work ethic or what, but despite his great size, speed, and potential, I would only take a chance on him in the 5th round or lower.

His durability might come into question when his name comes up in rounds 2-4, so he could fall. If he could stay healthy and play hard regularly, he'd be a great pick. He's a better athlete than Darius Watts of Marshall, who some mock drafts have us taking in later rounds (Watts is too small at around 185 even though he's about 6-2).

I think Morant's problem at 'Cuse was the QB he had to work with. Let's face it, RJ Anderson is not quite to up to par with average college QBs.

id say a day 2 guy. Anderson is a good college QB, but when your consistently compared with your predecessor who was Donovan McNabb it was a little hard to live up to the billing. Anyways, Morant has al the talent to be a round 1 WR, the only problem he has a Randy Moss like attitude but doesnt have the same numbers. I think hed be a steal in round 5 but Im not sure hes gonna fall that far. Plus depending on the new caoch on whether or not he can be a disciplinarian or a pussywillow.

Morant needs a good senior bowl week ...His height and speed will have nfl teams buzzing .....Two things you can't teach...

If he has a good week of practice he could go as high as rd 2 but right now he is rated as 4-6 round guy... 6-4- 225- 4.4- 40

Whatever the reason, he was an underachiever at Syracuse. The WR coach needs to be ready to crack the whip if Buffalo drafts him.

Round 4-5, hes not thought very highly of outside the northeast, however I would love to see the Bills take him in round 5, hes everything Josh Reed is IMO
