    Takeo Spikes selected as a starter for the Pro Bowl, while Ruben takes the bench

    Alan Faneca, PIT and Will Shields, KC will start at Guard, while Ruben Brown is a reserve.

    How sick of a LB trio is this: The two Ravens, Ray and Boulware, joined by Spikes? As far as the Ravens go, Ardelius Thomas isn't too Shabby either.

      I know what you mean. That is really sick! If only the pro bowl players were allowed to play normal defense.
