it's draft day, your TD.

Jerry Jones calls, offers his #1 for McGahee, do you take it if the right player is there?

I still say no, assuming we bring in a coaching staff who will commit to running the ball.

Dream game = Heny: 20-25carries
McGahee: 12-17 carries

No. Mcgahee will be worth more than that pick after next year.

No way. Even though we drafted McGahee at #23, and Dallas gets #22 this season, all our time and money in rehabing McGahee is worth more than 1 place higher.

Tell them to draft their own damaged goods to rehab. :snicker:

Not for that low a pick

YEP! He has had # that THREE major knee injuries. He may or may not come back. RB's are a dime a dozen, look were T. Davis, D. Davis for Houston (5th round) and the list goes on. I would take that deal in a New York second! We finish 6-10 another first round pick HELL YES!!!

Bill Parcells will get McGahee to play even if his leg was amputated. Damn we need a great Coach.

TigerJ

I wouldn't trade him.

If Dallas had a top 10 pick maybe, but even then, probably not.

I say yes, then take the #13 and #22 pick and trade down..

no way in hell...

A healthy McGahee is worth a hershel walker type deal... not a travis henry type deal... now if Dallas offered their no.1 and no.2 this year plus their no.1 next year for henry...

No player will get a Herschel Walker type deal, not after the way Dallas was able to rebuild with the help of that trade (and later acquire Walker off waivers anyways).

I'd laugh at him and hang up the phone if he offered me only the #22 pick for WM.

Take 13 and 22 and trade up for one of the 2 stud QB's.

What kind of question is that? Why would you let a potential franchise back go after he spends a year on the bench? If they offered their first and second I would consider it, but not for what amounts to the same pick you got him for.

I want them both.

Mr. Miyagi
01-05-2004, 03:51 PM
I'd give them Henry for their #1 and #2 picks, and Hambrick as a backup to McGahee.

If Bledsoe is the starting QB, we will definitely need them both to have any chance.

I would take the trade Ingtar proposed, but it would have to be close to that in value to make me consider it.
