1. A good Defensive Coordinator (Dick LeBeau?)

2. Offensive line, we need this anyways to protect Bledsoe.

3. A good Special Teams coach

Who? And Don't say Weis because he has NO experience and the dink and dunk stuff won't work here in Buffalo. Plus, do we really want someone who learns on the job again? :shakeno:

TC was my first choice...at this point I would go with Ferentz or Weis...Lovie Smith...Fassel would be about 4th or 5th...

Jim Fassel's Giants averaged out to be 20th or lower in points scored in EVERY year but one. That is terrible. Let's not even get into the 4-12 season, game day blunders, clock management, etc.

I would take Weis anytime over Jim Fassel. He actually has, unlike Fassel, one of the game's most brilliant offensive minds. He has been offensive coordinator for Parcells AND Belichick. You're right. Horrible resume. Plus his contacts with top NFL assistants and coaches would surely net us a terrible staff.

I'm sorry. It just gets aggravating when even Jerry Sullivan wants Fassel and is buying this "Jim Fassel is great because he will be Bledsoe's QB coach garbage."

I will simply try to stay positive and hope TD is not an idiot.
