Apparently if we don't sign Fassell tonight or early in the morning then Mike Nolan is supposed to have an iterview with us. What do you guys and gals think about him?

He's done a good job with Baltimore ... but we've already spent the last 3 years re-building our defense. I hope we don't have to do it again.

i dont like the fact that he has had several short stints with different staffs.. jets for a year, skins for a couple years.. ect..

I don't think that is a bad thing....you get to see several schemes. The write ups about Lovie indicate that he has always run one defensive scheme, if that is so, then it seems pretty restrictive in terms of experience.

But if he continues to be hired, then it isn't a bad thing....it's when they let you go and you can't get that next job that indicates that there is a problem.
