I'm 99.9% sure it's exactly 2 weeks after the Super Bowl. So which ever date it is, like 13th of Feb or something. I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure i'm right.

Last year, free agency started well after February 14. I thought that was strange. I don't know if they've pushed it back permanently or if that was just a one year thing. I can find nothing to show when free agency starts. I'll keep looking though.
