If TD were really "cleaning house" he'd have given pink slips to all the staff soon after GW was notified that he wouldn't be re-signed. TD specifically mentioned that the assistants were still under contract, and that the Bills would assist them in seeking other employment if the new HC decided not to retain them. Further, any team wishing to talk to the assistants has to get permission from the Bills. I doubt TD would stand in the way of a guy looking for other environs if there's a better offer on the table for his (the assistant's) services.
