"Tom and I go back to my playing days in Pittsburgh," Mularkey told Channel 2 exclusively this morning. "So, it's been a while since he and I worked together." Donohoe was formally the general manager for the Steelers.

Mularkey said he's impressed with the Bills organization. "The nucleus is there for a winner. The organization is very good. The owner (Ralph Wilson) has the support to give the coach, and so does Tom, so I think it's just an ideal situation."
