Gray definitely won't go to Redskins

Everyone forgets that he's still under contract to us. Even if he wants to take the Texas job, he still needs permission from the Bills.

I don't think he needs permission to be a HC in college though I thought.

He is not going to be the HC at Texas, they wanted him to be the DC for Mack Brown. And yes, he needs permission as he is legally bound to the contract he signed with Buffalo.

But the university doesn't have to get permission from the Bills to interview him. HE would need permission to take the job, i.e., opt out of his current contract.
