I figured Dick would at least get the courtesy of the interview with TD.

Again not that I'm complaining. It just seems odd.

I remember when TD was interviewing DLB for a yet to be determined position with the Bills, DLB had implied that he really wasn't interested in the stresses of being a Head Coach, mostly due to his age. I think working in Cincy made him realize his place in the NFL.

Probably a big reason the Bills didn't jettison GW mid season.

Meanwhile, the Steelers have received permission to speak with Bills assistant head coach Dick LeBeau about filling their defensive coordinator’s job after firing Tim Lewis. It’s not believed LeBeau is interested in returning to the job he held with Cowher from 1995-96 and he hopes to remain with the Bills.
