I like the way his defense plays and is disciplined. He would have to get a good OC though.

Weis or Marv - I unfortunately doubt TD will rehire Marv - he's starting to show his true colors and why he was shown the door while Hitler... I mean Cowher kept his job, and still for some reason has a job.

My God, will you people get Marv out of your heads!!!! He won't be hired by anyone. The next coach will be Charlie Weiss. TD had a great feeling about him and he will go with Weiss.

Charie Weis will be the next head coach. Parcell's disciples are rare. Charlie looks like he might have what it takes to put together a strategy to win.

Of course, as with anyone else, there are questions:

                            1) How much of the offensive game plan is his doing and how much is Belichick's?

                            2) How will Charlie handle the Head Coach roll?

Even if Belichick has influenced the offensive game planning, Charlie has certainly had a hand in it. That would give him experience with two excellent game planners, between Belichick and Parcells.

As a Head Coach, I believe that you will see the Parcells / Belichick discipline instilled into this team. Charlie has been part of this system for many years. How could he not know what it's all about. The question is, does he have the personality to pull it off in the modern NFL?

I'm all for Charlie Weis. I've got a very good feeling about him.
Still searching for that offensive rhythm.
