The Chiefs' elimination from the playoffs frees Al Saunders for further consideration for Oakland's head-coaching job, and the Raiders quickly moved forward by bringing in Cowboys offensive coordinator Sean Payton for a Sunday evening sit-down with owner Al Davis.
Payton, who comes highly recommended by Davis' longtime friend, Dallas coach Bill Parcells, will continue the interview process today, a Raiders source confirmed Sunday....
