NO his DC interview, Would he want to work under Mularky or just be the only DC in Pittsburg, I think Gray should be retained because LeBeau might bolt.

A lot will depend on who the new HC is. If its Mularkey, LeBeau might stay. As a DC, I'd rather keep LeBeau over Gray; based on experience and proven work product. If Gray does stay, that's a bonus. He's still learning, and he'd be learning from one of the top dfensive guys in the game.
