Ijust heard on WGR that glazer is reporting that the Dullphelonas have hired Dan Marino as their new GM! Wolf, Modrak , Meuller, or MArino! Which one doesnt fit? Well atleast get to keep Tom M another year!

what a stupid move that is. some of the best management talent ever is available and he hires an inexperienced alum instead. Even Miami fans have to be pissed about that one!

We all know how much he hated handing the ball off. Maybe his first move will be to trade Ricky Williams!

LOL.....I just heard that on WNSA that his first move would be to trade their RB for a QB.

Dan Marino was just named the Head of Football Operations for the Dolphins! Thoughts? I hope it turns into Millen situation.

I am real upset I won't see him on inside the NFL anymore  ;)

Perfect. Maybe he'll trade the RB for draft picks and go after both WR's named Clayton! Are there 2 Mark's out there? That's always a possibility as well.

Yeah, and hopefully Deion will land his HCing job so I don't have listen to either one on CBS.

I think it is an excellent thing for rest of the AFC East teams. I have never viewed Marino as being very bright.

This won't be like Millen because Marino won't be the GM. Marino won't be handling personell.

The Natrix
01-12-2004, 03:30 PM
I would think personell would be his biggest job.

Muck

The reports are that there will be a GM below Dan doing the personell legwork. We'll find out more at 5 PM.

As one caller on QAM noted, this could be the next stepping stone in Dan's ascent to ownership.

Greatest news of this young year! Christ how does Wanny feel? He gets his title taken so they can give it to someone who has absolutely no experience with anything on that side of the ball. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
