Roenick was flipping the bird to the refs---It was classic!! I'm not sure that Thieren actually speared Satan. Alas, someone needed to be tossed, I think that Handzus' hit was borderline uncalled for. Someone always has to play dirty on the Flyers when Philthy plays Buffalo, eh? All in all, it was a great game, and we overcame sloppy play from the beginning of the game.

And Skate, to answer your question, I won't be avail tonight to play, dude. Sorry!

The NHL does need to wake up. We know, we see it with our team night in and out....the refs are :madcurse:ing inconsistent! This has been a yearly thing for many a year. How can you miss a call right in front of you? Or, how can you let something go in the 1st, and then call it left & right in the 3rd, just for the sake of making a game "exciting"? I know that Buttman has said before that penalties would slow the game down, but I'm all for penalties being called left & right, if it is consistent.

Damn, I know he got hit in the face twice. I don't know who hit him the 2nd time but his own team mate hit him the first time in the mouth. He can't get suspended he is on my fantasy team. It is the only way I can stand him. I wish Buffalo had someone that tough.
