Mularkey's hiring could mean the Bills will draft...

... a athletic college QB for conversion to WR.

In Pittsburgh they have had a recent history of spending a middle-round pick on an athletic guy playing him at WR (at least part-time).

    Kordell Stewart
    Hines Ward
    Randle-El

Pittsburgh usually puts in a package of trick plays for these guys as a change of pace. One would think, given Mularky's formative coaching years in Pittsburgh, he will look to do the same thing in Buffalo.

So, if Bledsoe plays the role of Neil O'Donnell/Tommy Maddox in Mularky's offense, who do they draft to fill the role of Stewart/Ward/Randle-El in the trick play package?

I think that's more of a Cowher thing than a Mularkey thing, but who knows?
