That's what I was going to say. Before Ismail he's never had anything close to a good 2nd WR to take any attention off him and yet he catches ball after ball after ball.

Before the start of the season I'd have said Owens but he's been ordinary so far this year.

Moulds is certainly making his case this year. We must also consider that our passing game isn't winning games either and we're only having to throw for 500 yards a game b/c our D can't keep the other team off the field nor out of the endzone and our rushing game is totally ineffective.


I went w/ Harrison based on his current standing and past several seasons.

For Moulds to be the single best, he'll need to continue on this season and have another next year too. Prior to this season, he hasn't posted "best WR in the NFL" numbers.

Hard decision, but I'm going with Jimmy Smith. He continually plays to his potential allowing Jax. to contend with teams season after season.

After the last 2 NE games, you have to wonder about Troy Brown. Could he have been the key to NEs SB success rather than Brady? Remember what he did to Pittsburgh in the AFC Championship game last year?

Well, since it doesn't specify this year or career among active players......so I said jerry Rice........but he's not waht he used to be.

I may not agree with his antics but Terrel Owens is the best WR in the NFL. Just amazing. Eric is not far behind but TO was producing even when his team wasn't doing well. Harrison is also darn close. I think the starting WR for the AFC in the pro Bowl should be TO EM MH.

Right now there is no question, it is Eric Moulds. He is the top threat on an insane passing O. He is also a great leader and blocks well. Who would you rather catch a 5 yard out in the NFL, who has a bigger chance to break it?

I think on a different team, David Boston could be the best WR in the league. He was close to it the last 2 years. I hope he leaves Arizona after this year so he can get some recognition.

You've got to agree with Collin on who's got the best chance of breaking a 5 yard out out of all the recievers in the NFL - Eric Moulds would be my number 1 choice, and he doesn't just go down either, he picks up another five yards after the initial contact. His hands can be suspect rarely, but I've seen him pull some crazy catches off while being literally blanketed - like that one he made against the Bears in overtime.
