Tagliabue asks city, businesses and Colts to build partnerships

NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue wants the Colts to remain a viable and competitive franchise - in Indianapolis.

Tagliabue said Tuesday that the league has more pressing needs than placing a team in Los Angeles, the nation's second-largest television market and a city to which talk around the league has the Colts possibly moving.
