Who was last year?
The Pats(afc) wore their home Blue Jersaeys 2 seasons ago-The Bucs (NFC) wore the home jerseys last year- It will probably be the Pats (afc) again this season

So does this mean that the Pats will get all the BS home-field calls like they get in Foxboro? How many times do you have to pull the receivers jersey before it's holding-412?

The NFC gets the status as the "home team" in odd numbered Super Bowls (e.g. I, XXV, XXVII). The AFC team is the home team in the even numbered Super Bowls. The only differences is that the Patriots will be introduced last and the Panthers call the coin toss.
