Gray intends to keep his defensive staff intact, meaning the Redskins will also lose out on two other Bills assistants: linebackers coach Don Blackmon and defensive line coach Tim Krumrie.
Tim Krumrie and Don Blackmon to be kept?

I think we still have Pat Thomas as our secondary coach. I havent heard anything about Washington or anyone else wanting him. Steve Jackson was the safeties and third down specialist, not the DB coach. I wouldn't mind if Thomas leaves or is fired, as Clements appeared to digress and our safeties, except for Milloy, didnt do much. Terence McGee played better than expected and Kevin Thomas played worse. There must be someone out there, but I wouldnt be surprised if Thomas stays. Gray knows him well.

If you go to the Bills web site and click on "coaches" the only ones there are the ones confirmed - MM, Clements, Gray and McNally.
I'd expect that MM has been interviewing players and coaches as fast as he can to try to get this put to bed. That'll involve both the MM being comfortable that they fit his mold as well as them feeling comfortable that they'll get along with him.
The good news is that we have everyone under contract. The bad news is that if they don't want to be around we'd probably let them go.
Who knows. Maybe some of them are trying to get extensions past the one year left on the contracts?
