having trouble listening to Tom Clements and Jim McNally

I can't listen to Tom Clements and Jim McNally interviews that Howard Simon did. I clicked on one of the links under one of the guys pictures on the homepage and the windows media player opened and I got an error message saying "player is selecting a runtime that is not valid for this media file type". Is it me or isn't it working correctly.:help:

No I don't have pop up blockers on. All I did was clicked on Tom Clements on the home page and got an error it said "player is selecting a runtime that is not valid for this media file type" then I clicked on McNally and I got another error message "The codec for this media does not appear to be properly signed. Installation is not possible".:help:
