Jones will have his duties and responsibilities expanded in the newly created position of Director of Physical Development.

Joining the team as assistants are tight ends coach Frank Verducci, offensive assistant Mike Miller, and strength and conditioning coach Brad Roll.

Verducci was most recently the offensive line coach with the Dallas Cowboys in 2002. He was also with the Cincinnati Bengals as tight ends coach from 1999-01 after spending nine seasons as an assistant at the college level.

Miller spent the last seven seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, including the last five as an offensive assistant. A native of Plum Borough, PA, Miller is a graduate of Clarion University.

Roll comes to the Bills from the Miami Dolphins where he spent the last eight seasons as assistant strength and conditioning coach. He also spent three seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and another 13 at the college level

I wonder if Miller will take responsabilities of a QB coach...if he does all we need is a DB coach.

I have a feeling Clements will coach QBs himself. DB is also still open. Coming together just fine!

Nothing against Clements, but having the offensive coordinator double as the QB coach has blown up in our faces in Buffalo.

Well that guy helped get Jamie Nails in shape so he may have something to teach Rusty even if it is locking him in closet when Chicken Wings are delivered.
