They are one of the hardest working teams in The NHL, I think that...cough...cough...they will go all of the way this year.:D:hang:

the leafs may be hard working but their a pretty dirty hockey team

they're not really dirty, just scrappy. Like when we were the "hardest working team in the NHL." They don't take crap, and back their teammates. They're fun to watch, like we used to be, and like we're hopefully getting to be.

Not "dirty" but they do have a couple gritty players - maybe even a bit chippy... antagonists, if you will. But you need that on a club to be successful.

Buffalo fans wish they had a "dirty" hockey team.

The Leafs trashed the Thrashers 4-1 in Atlanta. Ironically, Dany Heatley didn't make much of an impact.

went to the leafs atlanta game and it looks like atlanta is gonna fade out of the playoff race and the sabres should end up 6,7, or 8th in the east..... higher would be nice also

Marchment is dirty, yes, but Tucker and Domi aren't dirty in the sense that they're just out there to injur guys. Tucker is an antagonist and Domi is a fighter. There's a difference.

My girl friend thought Marchment was hot! lol We didn't realize he was a thug. She doesn't like him anymore. lol

WOW! The Leafs beat the hell out of the Senators last night! And, there were fights! I can't wait to see those two teams go at it again on Thursday night! :ko: :chair: :punchu:

Yeah Domi is real tough now he wears a visor. Also when he does he fights guys with a broken jaw like Shaun Van Allen who has one of those Jaw protector type helmets, real manly.

domi is wearing a visor for a reason.

What the reason, seriously. Also Shaun Van Allen was wearing a face guard type mask for a reason and yet Domi felt the need to start punching the guy in the face with it on.

Here's the story from ESPN.com
Nolan, Domi wear visors

Domi talked about wearing the visor after Toronto's Darcy Tucker also sustained an eye injury after a high-stick on Jan. 20, but Domi didn't until Saturday. Domi took it off his helmet before fighting Ottawa's Shane Hnidy in the first period.
Domi said he probably won't wear a visor again.
"It's tough. At least I tried. If something happens I can explain to my wife and kids that I didn't feel comfortable doing my job with that thing on," Domi said. "It looks like your looking through a mirror. It's really difficult."

Ok that makes sense then for him wearing the viso but still doesn't explain him being a pansy fighting a guy with a jaw problem.

Yeah, just ask Michael Peca. They're all a bunch of bums and would be even more so if Corson was still with them.

Ironically, Marchment was the guy who took out Doug Gilmour for good last year.

Anyway, to those that slag the (conference-leading) Leafs :moon:

I'm listening to a Rush concert recorded in 1994 in Toronto...Alex Lifeson (guitar) is commenting about the Leafs playoff run...I guess the dream continues...:snicker:
