Watching Devils vs. Red Wings, Eric Rasmussen skated by Jason Woolley and scored on a weak wrist shot. Announcers kept saying that Rasmussen has blazing speed and just blew by Woolley. Eric Rasmussen blazing speed? I never thought I would hear those two words used in the same sentence.

Not only this season, but I've seen him quoted, and written about possibly being done, period. I guess his knees just aren't what they used to be. Man, that doesn't sound like a hockey statement. :jawdrop:
