    Marcus Vick Arrested!

    i dont have a link yet, but on local radio, i just heard that Marcus Vick was arrested today in Blacksburg, VA. They said that they did a search warrant on his apartment, and found video footage and digital pictures of Vick w/ a 15 year old girl. Supposedly, he got her drunk as well.

    if anyone can find a link on this, i would appreciate it. i havent found anything yet, but I heard it w/ my own ears.

    Not surprising he has money now from his brother he thinks he can do whatever he wants probably, he's invinsible.

          Police search home of Tech QB Marcus Vick

          BLACKSBURG — Town police searched the apartment of Marcus Vick after two teenage girls claimed the Virginia Tech quarterback had sex with their 15-year-old friend after the trio had been drinking liquor and posing for pictures.

          Vick, 19, of Blacksburg, has not been charged with any crime. Police are investigating the incident only as contributing to the delinquency of a minor, which is a misdemeanor charge, according to a search warrant affidavit filed Thursday in Montgomery County Circuit Court.

          "This is an ongoing investigation," Montgomery County Commonwealth's Attorney Joey Showalter said. "There have been no charges issued. Out of respect for the alleged complainants and the alleged suspects, I cannot comment on the situation."

          Virginia Tech spokesman Larry Hincker said he had not seen the affidavit and couldn't comment. According to the affidavit, two of the three teenagers told officers Wednesday that they and a third friend spent Tuesday in Vick's apartment on Roanoke Street. Vick shares the apartment with two other players.

          Both girls, ages 14 and 15, said the trio was given vodka and rum to drink and that a roommate of Vick's took pictures of them as they "danced and stripped from their clothing," according to the affidavit.

          At some point during the party, the two girls claimed Vick took their 15-year-old friend into his bedroom and had sex with her.

            oh god..

            as an alum.. this is just crushing.. it will probably cost vick millions as well.

            i believe he is only 19.. so that puts it in a bit more perspective.. but it is still horrible if true.

                If he didn't know how old she was then he might not have a problem besides his choice of drinking and bed buddies. I

                If those pictures come into play and he knew how old she was he could get caught up in that child porn mess which carries alot more time than statutory rape.

                    there is no way he was partying with three 15 year olds that are in highschool and didnt know beyond a shadow of a doubt how old they are.. they may LOOK 17-18.. but i promise you they dont ACT 18... are you telling me that during the night, he didnt say.. hey, where do you all go to school? whatever.. he's ****ed.

                      Underage drinking is the least of his problems if they charge him with Kiddy Porn possesion because of those pictures. And I bet they seized his computer. If they find any kid porn on it you can bet the FEDS will take over. That could be the difference between doin'some time and ending his carreer.

                        You think he might try to declare for the draft or head to the CFL if the school gives him a Maurice Clarrett like suspension?

                          You might not know if you didn't ask or they lied about their age, a lot of them do it. Still we cant be too quick to Judge this young man.

                            this one could ruin him...

                            I know Frank Beamer, if this story is true.... and even if Vick isn't charged for child porn and statutory rape, he'll likely never play ball again for VT...

                            However before you shed any tears for Vick and the mess he just made for his life, lets remember the true victims here, the children who were maliciously taken advantage of, by adult men. The reason these laws are in place is because children can't be expected to make intelligent decisions for themselves... the law makes very few exceptions for adults who take advantage of children, and i hope, if a crime was committed he and those other players spend serious time in jail for this.

                            In cases like this, even if the girls were stripping for these men and begging for sex, they as adults have not just a moral, but legal duty to make those girls put their clothing back on and go home. Who but a sick pervert takes advantage of impressionable children like this?

                            And they are sick, as im certain they would have no difficulty finding any number of co-eds who would have been glad to strip for them and do other things, to liquor up children, and take advantage of them is the definition of depraved, and I hope they burn in their own private hells for this.
                            My wife told me that if I had a dollar for every girl who found me unattractive, girls would find me VERY attractive.

                              No friggen way.. i see all of techs games.. he barely played qb last year.. and when he did, he was average... not a chance.
