All that argued with me about the No Huddle Offense (I want to do it more- they dont)... look what happened against the Raiders...

The raiders have one of the best defenses in the league and with our no huddle offense we scored in 52 SECONDS !! Imagine what we can do against mediocar defenses!

it does help the offense, but would you really feel comfortable with our D playing...say 3/4 of the game? I know i wouldn't.

Sure I would. The worst part of our schedule is behind.

I do not get this argument for the offense slowing down to keep the D off the field.

If you can make 7, make 'em. Make 7 as often as you can. How can scoring FEWER points be advantageous?

If it keeps the D on the field, then doesn't that mean the D is managing to hold the opposing offense? Didn't keep the D off the field in the Raiders game cause the Raiders usually scored in less than 5 plays . . . . .

No huddle, is the best offense in my mind, you score quick and let your D try and hit em hard. All you hear about in the games is about wearing down the D, well a RB can get worn down pretty damn quick too if hes out there for 3 out of 4 quaters of the game getting hit. Same with a QB's arm.

Bledsoe + No Huddle = Kelly + K-Gun

To play no-huddle, you need a dominating, very well conditioned D. We don't have one.

No You Dont. We proved that with 2 min left in the half on Last sunday.

Duh! It's called the two minute offence.

Would you run a full-court press all game in basketball?

as our offensive line begins to gel and read defenses better, ie.
picking up blitzes etc.- I believe we will use it more often. Scoring from our own 2 yard line to end the first hhalf was amazing- one of the Bills best drives ever. I remember Kelly saying that the
no huddle really is setting up the running game.

I don't disagree that the no-huddle would't be a viable option. We're just not ready yet. With Brown's poor play & the relative inexperience at the other OL positions, we'd probably only be ready to turn our offence into a permanent 2-minute drill next season. I think the rooks need the experience in a conventional offence at the NFL level before they turn up the speed, otherwise they may never develop fully.

How are we not ready yet. We have scored about 4-5 TD's on the no huddle??????????????

Quiz..let me spell it out for ya. If we have a young OL that's playing poorly, both in terms of run-blocking, penalties and general conditioning and experience (remember the rooks have never played in a strating role over a long NFL season in varying weather conditions), then the chances for success are smaller. Couple that with our horrible D, then I sure as hell wouln't want to turn the ball over to the other team's O more than I had to. The game is not all about scoring from the OC's perspective...you also have to take into account evaluating how players will respond to varying conditions/situations and player development.

Besides How many TD's have we scored while not in the no-huddle? hmmmm?

can we use zonebucks to ban someone? That would be a good use. 1000 zonebucks...someone can't post for a week. I like it
