He was drafted to play NT in the 3-4 but clearly was a 4-3 DT......I was hoping that TD would try to sign him during the off-season. :(

Yep the one and only. He had a problem early on. He disappeared
during camp his first year. He called his Daddy about half way between Buffalo and home. Daddy told his boy. Boy.. get yer big butt back to Buffalo before I plant my right foot up it!
He did, reluctantly I would imagin. He was not a good fit then and probably not now.

john parella is a solid DT. I watched him playin San Diego and he was a big part of defensive success there. Him and Sam Adams area a great combo. I wish we would have signed him.

LMAO Herd!!

SABURZ,

Indeed. Meanwhile we give guys like Carman, Farris, Flowers, etal. all kinds of chances to "prove they can play."

Sad, isn't it.

Agree w/ SoCal, he was part of the big reason for S.D.'s success. He was one of the players that I wondered why we didn't at least look at. He wasn't cheap, but I think we could have managed it.

BTW, he's better against the run which is just what we needed.
