Simeon Rice kicked out of today's Pro Bowl
Wire Reports

Tampa Bay defensive end Simeon Rice was removed from the NFC Pro Bowl team Saturday for disciplinary reasons.

Green Bay defensive end Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila will replace Rice on the NFC roster for today's game in Honolulu.

Reached Saturday night in Honolulu, Rice read from a letter issued to him by Harold Henderson, chairman of the NFL Management Council, chastising the Bucs star for arriving two days late for workouts, missing meetings, creating a disturbance in the hotel lobby and showing up at Friday's practice with his shoelaces untied.

"Shoelaces untied? C'mon," Rice said. "Like I wasn't going to tie them for practice, right?"

What time does it start? I'm too lazy to check!

It's funny he couldn't excuse himself for showing up late, missing meetings and being rowdy at the hotel, and chose to make fun of the league about the shoelaces.

It's like saying "you can call me a pervert, a criminal, and a bad parent, because I am. But don't you tell me I need to shave, cuz as if I wasn't going to anyway. C'mon!"

Loser.

because this posts subject is the pro bowl, i just thought id get it out there that ladanian tomlinson got SCREWED. look at the stats. the only person thats close to his production this year was jamal lewis. but LT played above portis and priest easily. LT had 100 catches as a RB and not to mention the 5.5 avg YPC and leading rbs in touchdowns i think. look it up and correct me

While I agree that LT got screwed, you can't discount what Priest Holmes did.

Priest Holmes KC 27 (LED THE LEAGUE by 7 TDs and set a record)

mypoorfriendme

rushing yards... LT - 1645 avg of 5.3 ypc 13 tds
PH - 1420 avg of 4.4 ypc 27 tds

recieving...LT - 100 receptions (led AFC) for 725 yards 4 tds
PH 79 receptions for 690 yards 0 tds

does 10 touchdowns make up for almost an entire yard more average per carry, over 200 more rushing yards and 21 receptions? maybe. but this is priest holmes, not clinton portis who still got it over LT

Tatonka

portis had the highest ypc.. 5.5

Mypoorfriendme is on point w/ his comments on LT2K. I am a big fan of LT2K, and have been since he dominated at TCU. LT2K lead all rb's in total yds, had over 100 catches as a rb, but played on a crappy team. My article, that will prob' be up tomorrow, i named some of my more prestigous NFL end of season awards, and one of my awards was running back of the year. Ya think i choose Jamal Lewis ( who got like 600 yds against the browns ), Priest Holmes, Ahman Green, or Clinton Portis??? Nope, the man in 2003 was LT2K!!
