Just for laughs, you should put Buffalo's 1st rounders next to the Ravens.. I know,I know, you dont want to make the Bills brass look foolish,lol..

I say Ravens win this hands down. Who is the personnell guy over there? Is he a free agent?

HOF TE Ozzie Newsome is their GM and Phil Savage has been their Director of Player Personnel since they moved to Baltimore.

We should kidnapp both of them.

Kyle Boller was also a 1st rounder by the Ravens last year. I think he has an okay future ahead, but won't likely be a top QB. I'm just not sold on QBs that do little or nothing for 3 years, then have a good Senior year to up their stocks. Boller was one such player.

Boller was their only bad pick and I think the Ravens win hands down against anyone in the whole league. At least as far as first rounders go. I have no idea how they've done in the later rounds.

Yes their picks look real good. But you have to also consider they picked Top 10 5 out of 8 years, so they're bound to pick up some big names.

I was just going to say that. Look where we drafted compared to them. That's the big difference.

Plus, we did get Moulds at #24, Winfield, NE's starting RB A. Smith, and I believe a future superstar McGahee at #23, and Clements at #21. Not too shabby I think. It's more impressive to find that diamond in the rough at lower picks, like Baltimore did with Ray Lewis and Todd Heap.

So were Moulds, A. Smith, Winfield, Clements and McGahee.

What's your point?

not to mention the ravens seem like theyre always willing to trade away their lower round picks to move up in the first and secure a good player.

You said the Ravens getting diamonds in the rough like Lewis and Heap is impressive. Yeah it is impressive that they turned out but they were 1st round picks which is why I am saying it's not big of a deal compared to getting a Pro Bowler in the 2nd day of the draft.

and everyone knew ray lewis was good, it was his off the field problems that concerned GM's.

I wouldnt have considered Moulds a great pick when he came out.. Moulds struggled for 3 years, Id say that worked out pretty well..

I didnt even know Don Bebee was a 1st rounder.. Seriously I always thought the Bills drafted Bebee in the 2nd..

Aren't we forgetting a BIG addition to the Ravens? Keep in mind they had TWO first round picks in the '96 draft.

Talk about having a 'chip on your shoulder'. Remember how Moss was a bit ticked off at being selected so low in the draft? What about Lewis? Not only was he still on the board at the 26th pick, he was the FOURTH linebacker taken in that draft after Kevin Hardy (2nd overall-Jacksonville), John Mobley (15th overall-Denver), and Reggie Brown (17th overall-Detriot), who had that horrible injury in the game where Barry Sanders went over 2,000 yards.

Maybe that is why he is always sooo pumped up! He has a lot of teams that passed on him and he is pissed. :D
